Something exciting is coming to Little Raiders — and we cannot wait to share it with you.

We believe that when childcare programs thrive, entire communities thrive. That is why we are building a professional learning program designed to help other childcare providers, directors, and early childhood professionals do what we have done — and do it well.

Jolynn Wendt, Director of Little Raiders Childcare Center, is completing her training to become a certified instructor for Wisconsin's Foundational Childcare courses. Alongside Jolynn, program coordinator Taylor Everson will be leading hands-on trainings designed to give childcare professionals the tools, systems, and confidence they need to build successful programs from the ground up.

Our team is also actively involved in a county-wide childcare task force working to strengthen early childhood care across our region because this work is bigger than one center.

Here is a glimpse of what we are building:

Coaching sessions covering the foundations of running a successful childcare program, one-on-one consultations for directors and providers at any stage, program design support including classroom setup, environment planning, and curriculum ideas, how-to resources and systems you can take and use right away, and workshops tailored to early childhood professionals across Wisconsin.

We are packaging up everything we have learned — the strategies, the systems, the hard-won lessons — and making it available to professionals who want to grow.

This page is still in the works as we finalize our offerings and launch dates. Check back soon or reach out directly if you are already interested in working with us. We would love to connect.
