A Team Approach to Care

At Little Raiders, children are supported by more than one individual. Our teams collaborate across classrooms and age groups to ensure continuity, shared expectations, and consistent care. Educators are supported by leadership and support staff who are present, involved, and responsive to the needs of both children and teachers.

This team-based approach allows us to meet children where they are while maintaining clear structure and shared values throughout the program. Meet our team!
